UPK: Error When Launching UPK Client "The profile does not match previous library." (Doc ID 2670954.1)

When attempting to connect to library in UPK Developer, the following error occurs.

The profile does not match previous library. It is likely the library has been changed. Either edit the existing profile to reference the old library URL or create new profile for the new library.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch UPK
2. See error during library loading
