On : 12.1.3 version, Costing Setup and Processes

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Extra credit row is created in Costing for Retro entry after backdated deletion of Element entry with Distributed Set

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should not create Extra Credit row in any case for Costing.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run payroll with an element where element costing type is distribution
2. Run costing
3. Delete the element entry
4. Run Retropay in next pay period
5. Run payroll and costing, check the costing entries generated
