Worker: Lot Based Job Move Transaction Ends in Invalid to_op_seq_num/to_op_code (Doc ID 2671332.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to perform move transaction via OIF WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE table,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
WSMPLBMI.custom_validation( stmt_num=235): Invalid to_op_seq_num/to_op_code
WSMPLBMI.MoveTransactions(stmt_num=80) : Invalid to_op_seq_num/to_op_code
OR
WSMPLBMI.custom_validation(stmt_num=200): Invalid to_op_code
WSMPLBMI.MoveTransactions(stmt_num=80) : Invalid to_op_code

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Insert records into WSM_LOT_MOVE_TXN_INTERFACE
2.Run Manager: Lot Move Transactions
