Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, Compensation Workbench

Compensation Summary Budget matching at CEO's direct reports but not rolling up at the CEO level

Our CEO has 9 direct reports.
When totaling the budget amount for all the Direct Reports under the CEO, everything is matching up with each other, and totaling correctly.
Then why when we switch to the CEO do we see a huge discrepancy in budget amount?
     - The budget amount of all these 9 direct reports when added up should match the budget amount shown up at the CEO level.
 
What could be the reason?
