Symptoms



When attempting to enter partial days on the Absence page
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Incorrect format for Hours in "HH" format unit of measure.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self-Service
2. Absence Management
3. Enter partial absence in the format HH:MM and Absence Duration is not calculated
    and the message 'Incorrect Format for Hours in "HH" Format Unit of Measure' is displayed
