ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Credit Memo application does not nullify the transaction balance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------
Credit Memo application should make the transaction balance as zero.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Transactions > Transactions.
2. Find Invoice <Invoice Number.
3. Click on Action and credit.
4. Input the data
5. Save and complete

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Credit memo must be applied and Receivables transaction must go smoothly.
