Time Card Dashboard Error When Exporting Data To EXCEL (Doc ID 2671669.1)

Symptoms

On: 12.2.5 version (R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.13), Dashboards

When attempting to export timecard data on the Retrieval Dashboard,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01008: not all variables bound
ORA-06512: at "APPS.HXC_RDB_PRE_RETRIEVAL", line 1844


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Time Administrator Responsibility>

2. Dashboard>

3. Retrieval Dashboard>

4. Timecard Retrieval Dashboard>

5. Pre Retrieval>

6. Application: Payroll

7. Timecard Start:

8. Cutoff Date:

9. Go button>

10. Navigate down to the Export button on the left>

11.  Click the Export button>

12. Receive the following error:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance
