Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When running a payroll process, if an assignment has the element GAYE then this assignment will fail as the customer has too many rows stored in the table for Oracle's limit. The Quick Pay and Payroll run completes for employees who have old existing GAYE element entries, the error only occurs for employees/assignments having new element entries from April 2020.
