ECC Receivables Dashboard - Outstanding Receivables Tab Not Displaying Data after Full Load (Doc ID 2671776.1)

Symptoms

The User is not able to view data in the "Outstanding Receivables" Tab of ECC Receivables Dashboard. Other Tabs are showing data correctly.

STEPS
--------

  1. Run "Receivables Command Center Data Load" with Load Type -> Full Load.
  2. Open  'ECC Dashboards' for Receivables Module.
    Navigation:  Receivables Manager --> Receivables command Center -- > Outstanding Receivables Tab
