ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Minisite details page displays question marks in the site name and description fields instead of Arabic text

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see Site Name displayed in Arabic language

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to iStore Admin UI
2. Select a Minisite
3. Click Update
