Unable To Modify Work Confirmation Due To The Error:The Record Contains Stale Data (Doc ID 2671959.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Services Procurement

When attempting to modify Work Confirmation, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to perform transaction on the record.
Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.
Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps :

  1. Buyer Work Center (BWC) > Orders > create PO
  2. Log as supplier > iSupplier portal > click on PO number link > Action > Create Work Confirmation > (B) Go
  3. Select Lines > (B) Next > Work Confirmation: &WC_number
  4. Save
  5. Your Work Confirmation &WC_number has been saved. Would you like to return to edit this work confirmation?
  6. iSupplier Portal > Work Confirmations > select Work Confirmation: &WC_number> Update
  7. Delete first line > (B) Save > the error occurs.
