ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mass Additions Posting Report (FAS824) / Post Mass Additions Report shows incorrect asset details when ran for period without new records to post.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the posting report output should show correct asset details for records posted with latest posting run.  If no records posted, report should be blank.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Asset Responsibility
2. M:  Mass Additions>Post Mass Additions and Run the post mass addition program.  No records are posting this period.
3. The mass addition posting report output shows incorrect request id as well as the asset numbers and details. These are from prior period runs.
