Symptoms
Internet Expenses - Version: 11.5.9
This problem can occur on any platform.
On trying to assign a Authorized Delegate on the Preferences page, the employee who is to be assigned as an Authorized Delegate cannot be selected. Instead the person trying to assign the delegate gets the following error message:
"The person you selected does not have a responsibility to enter expense reports for you. Please contact your system administrator."
