Symptoms

While trying to complete new Ledger setup click Finish, following Error occurs.

User is getting the same Error while trying to update Subledger Accounting Method.
Subledger Accounting Method is not set, however, the setup is in Complete status (green checkmark).

ORA-00001: unique constraint (GL.GL_LEDGER_CONFIG_DETAILS_U1) violated in Package GL_LEDGERS_PKG Procedure update_row


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) General Ledger Responsibility > Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager (ASM) > Accounting Setups + Create Accounting Setup (B)
2. Complete Ledger Options + Click Finish (B)
3. Error occurs
