Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Reports for Applications Technology Unable to Select Data from/ Run Reports Against the AR_CUSTOMER_ACCOUNTS View after 12C and 12.2.8 Upgrade from 12.2.6 to 12.2.8 and Database Upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2.)
ERROR ----------------------- [Error] Execution (9: 35): ORA-01858: a non-numeric character was found where a numeric was expected ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_DATE", line 149
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Upgrade from version 12.2.6 to 12.2.8 and Database version from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2
2.Attempt to retrieve data from view/ table
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot run reports based on this view/Table
