Service HTML - Agent Dashboard: Need Additional Information When Searching In Create And Update Service Request Pages (Doc ID 2672546.1)

Goal

In Agent Dashboard - Create and Update Service Request pages:
The search can return a large list of customers (50+) and there is no mechanism to refine this list once it is returned.

On the Bill To and Ship To fields:

    - When searching a customer name, only the Customer Name and Customer Number are shown.
    - Also on the Bill To and Ship To fields, the user cannot search by any other fields except Customer.

In the Incident Address section:

     - When searching the Address Line 1 field:
       The users get the Address, Customer, Site Number, Site Name, but they do not see the Customer Number.

     - When searching the Incident Customer:
       The users have Customer Name and Customer Number, but here they also need the Address fields.
