APP-PQP-23066: ORA-01403 Error When Enrolling Into Adoption Leave (Doc ID 2672771.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1 R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.11 version, UK Absences OSP/OMP

When attempting to enroll an employees onto adoption leave,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
APP-PQP-230661:"pqp_gb_omp_daily_absences.get_entitlement_info{}:ORA-01403:no data found"



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. UK HRMS Manager > Statutory Absence > Person Details
2. Search for employee
3. Select Others > Adoption
4. Enter Absence information
5. Click Enroll Absence
6. Error Message Appears
