Import Batch IDSM Upload Says No Access (Doc ID 2673192.1)

Symptoms

Users are receiving the below error when they attempt to 'Import Batch' within IDSM. 

Oracle Trade Management User --> Channel Revenue Management --> Indirect Sales Management --> Import Batch

"You do not have permission to access this functionality. Please contact your system administrator for assistance."
