Symptoms



Actual Behavior:

When opening the Person Full Name Criteria LOV  in System Extract - observing a substantial performance issue.

Expected Behavior:

Person Full Name LOV should not take too long a time to render the List.

Steps to Recreate:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate via US Super HRMS Manager to the Mass Information eXchange: MIX
2. Within this - go to System Extract > Criteria Definition > People Tab > Person Full Name
3. Within the Value field - click on the List action link
  - LOV Takes a long time to fully render.
