Mobile Field Service: Error When Clicking On Service Request Details - No Such Table CSM_SERVICE_HISTORY (Doc ID 2673372.1)

Symptoms

Error when clicking on SR details after applying Service (CS) and Mobile Field Service (CSM) patches.

Steps:

Login to OMFS
Open a Service Request

Error:

Alert:
  Contact FETCH Failed with error
  -SQLite.Exception: error in prepare:
  no such tabe: CSM_SERVICE_HISTORY


The following patches were applied yesterday:

30423475:R12.CS.C - 12.2.6-12.2.8 :BUG FIXES FOR CS:NOV'19 RUP
30981023:R12.CS.C - 12.2.6-12.2.8 :BUG FIXES FOR CS:MAR'20 RUP

CSM -
29696956:R12.CSM.C - 25.87 - MFS MP PART REQ STATUS AND ORDER LINE STATUS ARE NOT IN SYNC
