Problem Statement

When attempting to fetch LOCATION in the list of values i Tax Type(Accounting tab)
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FRM : 41830 : List of values contains no entries


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to tax Type form
2. Accounting tab
3. Try to fetch location values
