After Patch 25991068:R12.INV.C which is included in 12.2.8, the title of Miscellaneous Transaction form always shows "Miscellaneous Transaction".

Before this fix, the title of Miscellaneous Transaction form shows "Transaction Type - Transaction Source".

Patch 25991068 is not released for 12.1, but the same fix is already included in 12.1.

The previous tile "Transaction Type - Transaction Source" is more friendly to users because users can confirm what Transaction Type and Source have been selected by checking the title of the form.
