Error 'REP-0110: Unable to open file' Error When Trying To Print Quote (Doc ID 267392.1)

Symptoms

 

When printing a quote, the following error occurs:-

Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.

Oracle Reports Server CGI - Report Job has terminated with error.

Reports Server Replies:
REP-0110: Unable to open file '/xxx/US/ASOPQTEL.rdf'.
REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document.
REP-0110: Unable to open file '/xxx/US/ASOPQTEL.rdf'.


However, the file is available in the $ASO_TOP/reports directory.
