Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
 Unable to receive the Purchase order in IProcurement, as the search is not returning any result

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
 Able to receive the Purchase order in Iprocurement, provided the conditions are satisfied as in note - iProcurement Troubleshooting for Receiving (Doc ID 135890.1)

STEPS
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administrator created new responsibility and assigned to the user.
2. User is not able to receive any purchase order, as no documents are available for receiving.
