Symptoms

After upgrading to 12.2.7, users notice different behavior on the Workplan | Update Task page.  Before the patch was applied, fields like 'Task Name', 'Scheduled Start', 'Scheduled Finished' dates are enterable, but after the patch, these fields are no longer enterable fields.
