When changing the rate type on a loan to 'Floating by Date', the following error occurs:

No rate schedule exists for this Loan

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Loan Agent
Navigation: Loans Dashboard

Try to create a loan with a rate type of 'Floating by Date', or change an existing loan to 'Floating by Date'.
