Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Pricing Engine
Customer is creating a service contract line by calling the following API : oks_import_subline_pub.create_subline
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
Upon successfully creating the service contract line, the modifier "XXXX" of higher precedence is applied
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expects that modifier "YYYY" which is of a lower precedence should be applied
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(1) Setup the below mentioned modifiers and precedences
Contract SURCHARGE - precedence 75
YYYY- precedence 50
Credit Line - precedence 315
XXXX - precedence 315
(2) Create a service contract line by calling the following API : oks_import_subline_pub.create_subline
