Error APP-FND-01206 in ASL when Adding Different Line from Same BPA as Source Document for Same Item

On : 12.2.3 version, Supplier Issues
When attempting to add different line from same BPA as source document in ASL for same item,
the following error occurs:
ERROR
-----------------------
APP-FND-01206 This record already exists you entered a duplicate value or
sequence of values that must be unique for every record
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. There is one ASL record exists with one of the BPA lines as source document in ASL.
2. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility>Supply Base>Approved Supplier List.
Trying to add another line of above same BPA as the source document too(the two lines have different expiration date), then get below error:
APP-FND-01206 This record already exists you entered a duplicate value or
sequence of values that must be unique for every record
