Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an order with a specific item is pick released, pick release completes successfully. However, staging transactions are not created in mtl_material_transactions for the order lines which have this item.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect staging transactions to exist in mtl_material_transactions for all lines which have been Staged
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick release a specific order
2. Pick release completes successfully
3. Review Sales Order Analyzer report, see that lines which have this item do not have staging transactions in mtl_material_transactions
