Spot Bid Tender Notification Transmission Fails to Process With NullPointerException When Using Broadcast Spot Contact (Doc ID 2674754.1)

Symptoms

Service Provider record is configured with Broadcast Spot Contact included. Contact associated with the Service Provider has External System ID and Communication Method (service or httppost) configured.

With this configuration , When Users Execute "Spot Bid Tender" action, Spot Bid Tender Notification Transmission generated Fails to process through to External System with the following Exception.
