The applications was recently upgraded to 12.2.8 and with some patch our view CST_XLA_INV_REQ_V was changed that might have caused the Excel4apps subledger report GL to Cost Management report to take forever to complete.
Attached is the difference in 12.2.3 and 12.2.8 difference in CST_XLA_INV_REQ_V
The issue appears to be impacted by a full table scan occurring.
