On : 12.2.8 version, Catalog items

When attempting to Create Item through a specific steps,
the following error occurs.

To create an item from Item Catalog Category, first select an Item Catalog Category


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PDH Responsibility > Development Manager > Item Catalog > Simple Search > Open any item

2. Navigate to Item Overview Page > Choose "Copy Item" from Actions LOV
3. Create Item page opens up
4. Now choose "New Item" instead of Copy item in the Create Item step
