ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The UOM is not defaulting while creating a Service Request in the SR form. Additionally, the application hangs after selecting the UOM value from the LOV.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the UOM to default after creating a SR.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Find/Create Service Requests
   a. Create Service Request  
   b. Create Charge Line
   c. Populate Business Process and Service Activity  
   d. Input Item, the UOM does not default
   e. Try to select UOM from the LOV and the form hangs
