Symptoms

Generate mass allocation batch for first time in a period with allocation method = Full, the journals are getting created with expected amounts.
However, if there is any incremental cost pool amount the allocation is run again with allocation method = Incremental, the journal is getting created with unexpected amounts.

This has not worked in the past with this specific allocation.

The allocation formula contains a Cost Pool (A line) account using the Year to Date (YTD) balance type.
The Target account (T line) is set to use PTD balance type.
