Getting Blank Page When Create Document via Desktop Integrator (Doc ID 2676524.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to use Web ADI for the first time and finding that going into the Desktop Integration Responsibilities that when clicking on a menu option it will
load a blank page in the browser and nothing else.

This is occurring for all menu items in this responsibility.

Steps to recreate the issue
-----------------------------------
1) Login into Desktop Integration responsibility.
2) Select Create document
3) Web Page is loaded but is blank.


The following error is found in the BNE log
-----------------------------------------------

BneUIXUtils:renderErrorPage()+-+Throwable:+java.lang.NullPointerException
    at+oracle.cabo.style.cache.FileSystemStyleCache._deletePreCachedFiles(Unknown+Source)

 

Changes

 Upgrade.
