Service Request Not Defaulted With Account And Contact Which Is Created From Depot Repair (Doc ID 2676582.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Service Request is not defaulted with account and contact which is created from dept repair

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the account and contact for the service request to be defaulted when created from Service order



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Depot Repair Manager responsibility
3. Navigate to Create Service Orders-->Enter account number item and other mandatory fields and create service order. Open service order-->Click on Service request number hyperlink.
On the Service request html page, account is not defaulted on entitlements tab and contact is not updated .
