On : 12.2.8 version, Update Service Request

Territory Assignment Not working in Service Request HTML screen

See the below error

ERROR

No resources found.Please try again.Automatic assignment API dd not return valid resource for this assignment .(API_NAME=CS_SERVIC_REQUEST_PVT.vld_sr_rec)

WHAT IS WORKING
-------------------------
When Service Request is created from form,automatic assignment works as expected



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to Application
2. Go to Support Specialist responsibility
3. Navigate to Agent Dashboard
4.Create Service Request

Service Request gets created but see the above error on Update Service Request page
