Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, LOTSERATT

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Serial Number does not allow any transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All serials are required to transact on other Inventory transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Attempt to transact, having issue with serials:
Serial Has CURRENT_STATUS=7 (Resides In Receiving) And Does Not Allow Any Transaction.
