"Failure Of Web Server Bridge: Invalid Configuration Details. Cannot Continue" Error Displayed When Invoking OTM from Web Browser (Doc ID 2677188.1)

Symptoms

After installing a new OTM instance or after upgrading OTM from a previous version to 6.4.3 , OTM application is started without any issue but when trying to invoke the application from a Web Server, following Error being displayed. 

"Failure Of Web Server Bridge: Invalid Configuration Details. Cannot Continue".

No Errors are observed in OTM logs.
