Period Close Dashboard - What Does the Open Periods Metric Show? (Doc ID 2677592.1)

Goal

When viewing the Period Close dashboard in the Receivable Command Center V4, the Open Periods shows a value, but it doesn't match the actual open periods in Receivables.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receivables Manager > Receivables Command Center

  1. Click on the Period Close Dashboard.  The Open Periods shows a value of 3.  But in the Open\Close Period form in Receivables, there are 5 open periods.
