GLAMAS Mass Allocation for Budget Completes With Warning (Doc ID 2677651.1)

Symptoms

Running GLAMAS module: Run MassAllocations for a budget allocation and the concurrent request ends in warning with the following seen in the log:

AMAS0012: ** MassBudgeting has completed successfully. **04-JUN-2020 08:54:50

then indicates the following...
Output file size:
30353
Finished executing request completion options.
Concurrent program returned no reason for failure.

The MA Journal was not created and the following is seen in the output file (example):

Batch Name: ACTUAL  TO PRIOR YEAR BUDGET
Batch Description: ACTUAL TO PRIOR YEAR BUDGET
Type: Budget

 
  Formula Name: ACTUAL TO PRIOR YEAR BUDGET
  Formula Description:
