Some Orders Generated From Service Do Not Have UOM And Hence They Are Not Getting Booked (Doc ID 2677799.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Service Request Form


In the Service Requests Form, from the Charges tab when selecting an Item in the Charge line, the UOM is not defaulting. As a result of this when the charge line is processed, the Order is created without UOM.

Expect the UOM to default when an item is selected in the charge line.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1) Service (R)
2) Service Requests (N) Create Service Requests
3) Create Service Request and enter all Mandatory fields for a new Charge Line and UOM does not default

Due to this issue, users can create charge lines and process without UOM and Order is created without UOM
