Symptoms

Customer states that Customer Profile Class information is missing on the Outstanding Receivables dashboard

Business Justification

We have installed v3 of the ECC in two of Foremost Farms' non-Prod EBS instances, and as Aimee has indicated, were planning on getting the ECC installed in EBS Production in May 2020 - I would think that the ECC data will be useful to Foremost Farms as they make business decisions about the impact of COVID-19 on the dairy industry.
