ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Geography Name is empty in Tax Configuration: Tax Jurisdictions

Geography name can not be chosen in Tax Configuration
Created manually the new Country with the territory code "ZZ" (ZZ is for example only)


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to have tax configured for the new configured country

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Tax Manager
2. Go to Tax Configuration
3. Geography name
