Lot Available to Reserve Is 0 Qty, Even Though There Is No Reservation and No Pending Transactions (Doc ID 2678664.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Item controlled LOT.
After create sales order for 100 Qty, reserve, pick release, allocate/transact move order,
and then the LOT-A expired date passed, so, LOT-A was invalid.

Same item but different LOT-B was receipt 100 Qty by miscellaneous transaction receipt ,
and check on-hand quantity, Then Available to Reserve is 0

Expected Behavior
For different LOT, Available to Reserve need to calculate correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create LOT controlled item
    (N)Inventory > Items > Master Items
  2. Perform receipt of LOT-A 100 Qty by Miscellaneous Transaction
    (N)Inventory > Transactions > Miscellaneous Transaction
  3. Create sales order and reserve and book and pick release Auto Alloc Yes, Auto Pick Confirm No,
    And transact the move order.
  4. LOT-A expired date passed.
  5. Receipt LOT-B 100 Qty by Miscellaneous Transaction
    (N)Inventory > Transactions > Miscellaneous Transaction
  6. To check on-hand quantity for LOT-B, Then, Available to Reserve is 0 Qty
