On : 12.2.7 version, iProcurement Mobile App

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iProcurement mobile apps does not show any button to accept the legal terms.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect iProc mobile app to have submit button

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement mobile apps
2. Legal terms appears 
3. There is no button available to accept it
