EBS Item APIs (EGO_ITEM_PUB) Is NOT Visible Under Inventory Product Family In EBS Adapter (Oracle Integration Cloud Service) (Doc ID 2678859.1)

On :  12.2 version, Catalog items

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
EBS Item APIs is NOT visible in EBS Adapter on Oracle Integration Cloud Service  . The EBS configuration wizard in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (OICS) does not show the Product "Oracle Product Hub". The following APIs related to EBS Item processing are not visible in EBS Adapter:

Create/Update Items: EGO_ITEM_PUB.Process_item(s)
Create/Update Item Revision: EGO_ITEM_PUB.Process_Item_Revision
Assign Item to Org: EGO_ITEM_PUB.Assign_Item_To_Org
Assign Multiple Items to Org: EGO_ITEM_PUB.Process_Item_Org_Assignments
Create Item Catalog Category: EGO_ITEM_CATALOG_PUB.Process_Catalog_Groups
Create/Update Item Catalog Descriptive Elements: EGO_ITEM_PUB.Process_Item_Descr_Elements

These APIs can be used within EBS environment (ISG) but EBS Adapter does not include them.
Item Catalog node / EGO_ITEM_PUB API should be visible on EBS Adapter.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Customer EBS admin confirms that Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway had been configured for REST API
2.. These APIs are visible under ISG within EBS but not in OICS-EBSAdapter.
