Goal

On 12.2.4 version, Workflow Directory Service (users and responsibilities)

Need the workflow builder 2.6.3.5 to be installed for workflow development.  Does that require a new license to be purchased or is it inclusive of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Application license?
