Symptoms
On Oracle Applications with the following configuration Load Balancer ---> Reverse Proxy ---> EBS
When attempting to download WEBADI template or opening Oracle Application Manager
the following error occurs.

When EBS does a 302 redirect to Webadi or the Oracle Applications Menu, the browser is redirected to the ACTUAL EBS Server Hostname
