ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Following the readme for Patch 31080069 for setup for both Social Security (SS) and Medicare credits, the SS credit amounts are not self-adjusted when other amounts are paid but the Medicare is self-adjusted for future payments of other elements that do not have the credit. For 2020 'if the SS_EMPLOYER_REDUCTION_PER_GRE_YTD balance is greater than 0 (zero) then the SS_ER_CALC_METHOD will be set to no-self-adjust.'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Medicare Employer (ER) Liability to not self adjust when employee's are paid a Covid 19 earnings

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Patch delivered new balance SS EMPLOYER REDUCTION
2. Patch delivered new balance MED EMPLOYER CREDIT
3. Indirect Result needs to be added to each formula result for the Covid 19 earnings
